A copy of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions Articles of Incorporation; and the By-Laws were provided to each homeowner upon purchase of their property. Legally, each member of the homeowners' association is required to adhere to these documents. If the property is rented, the homeowner is responsible for providing a copy of the By-Laws, and Association Rules to the tenant and making sure they follow them.

ARTICLE VII
GENERAL RESTRICTIONS
Section 25. Leases. No portion of a Lot (other than an entire Lot) may be rented. All leases shall be on forms approved by the Association and shall provide that the Association shall have the right to terminate the lease in the name of and as agent for the lessor upon default by tenant in observing any of the provisions of this Declaration, the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of the Association, applicable Rules and Regulations, or other applicable provisions of any agreement, document or instrument governing the Subdivision (or administered by the Association). Leasing of Lots shall also be subject to the prior written approval of the Association, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
