• Seasonal flowers
• Common Area/Amenities Utilities
• Pool Maintenance
• Tennis Court Maintenance
• Retention Pond Maintenance
• Directors and Officers Insurance
• Amenities Liability Insurance
• Social Events
• Reserve for replacement cost of recreation facilities
The Annual Budget is mailed to all members of the association after the budget approval meeting held in November each year. A copy will be provided upon request if needed.
