The Board of Directors addresses security issues and disturbances in the neighborhood. Regency Park residents should contact the Orange County Sheriff's Office if they observe a security threat or a disturbance. Any noise loud enough to keep a neighbor from sleeping is considered a disturbance. The management company is also informed of any violations and notifies the property owner(s).

UCF Student Misconduct
If your neighbor is a UCF student and isn't being neighborly, there may be an avenue for relief. UCF has an Office of Student Conduct.
On their web page they provide a document that lists the acceptable behavior of a UCF student. They also provide a link (at the top of the page) for an Incident Report to report students that are not behaving appropriately.
Use the form to report UCF students that are not behaving according to their "Rules of Conduct". If appropriate you should follow up by faxing in a police report about the incident (Fax: 407-823-4544). If you call the Orange County Sheriff's Office you should request them to generate a report about the incident, complete with the names of the students.
The phone number for the UCF Office of Student Conduct is (407) 823-2851.
