Article VI Sections 1 & 2 of the Covenants addresses the powers of the Architecture Control Committee. Any changes in appearance or to the structure must first be approved by the ACC
If you want to make changes to the exterior of your home, submit your request to the Architectural Control Committee first using the attached form.
If you want to paint your home, we have a palette choice of colors for our community that has been selected. You may access the palette book one of two ways:
1. Attend a monthly board meeting, provide a security deposit of $30 (check made out to East Orlando Sanctuary HOA) to retain the book for a week. The deposit will be returned at time of book return.
2. Visit the Sherwin Williams store in Oviedo to see a copy of the palette book, they will provide a 20% discount for Regency Park Homeowners, see Vanessa for details

The Architectural Control Committee will review the application and possible inspect the property. The application will be returned to the homeowner, with an approved or denied status clearly marked, usually within 30 days of receipt of the application. The homeowner must be in receipt of an approved dated and signed application before any work commences. The original application will be kept on file with LPI, Inc. (Management Company).
