                                The association bills assessments on a quarterly basis.
 
                   Quarterly payments are due January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.
 
     Mail payments to the following address and ensure they are received before the due date.

           Please be sure to include your account number or lot number for timely posting
 
The quarterly payments are $87.50. Early payments are acceptable if you don't want to remember to mail your payment every quarter. You can pay the full amount at any time
                                                              
                                                               ARTICLE IV
 
                                           COVENANT FOR ASSESSMENTS
Section 8. Effect of Nonpayment of Assessments; Remedies of the Association. Any assessment or installment thereof not paid within thirty (30) days after the due date shall bear interest from the due date at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum. The Association may bring an action at law against the Owner personally obligated to pay the same, or foreclose the lien against the Lot. No Owner may waive or otherwise escape liability for the assessments provided for herein by non-use of the Common Area or abandonment of his Lot. Failure to pay an Assessment shall not constitute a default under an FHA/VA insured loan.
