Monthly Board Meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at 7 pm at the Pool Cabana. The Board welcomes the community to come out and share their thoughts and concerns for improvement of the community.
Pool/Tennis Court key fob can be picked up 15 minutes before the start of the Board meeting by home owners.
Your account must be current, and you must have proof of identity/residence to pick up your new FOB.
Owners out of town may have current resident present an authorization letter notarized by the owner along with a current lease and resident identification in order to pick up FOB.
Please also bring your current key for verification.
The replacement cost for key/FOB is $75.00

Orange County Zoning Division rules for Garage Sales, requires a permit be obtained before a garage sales. No more than one sales per six months can be held by each lot.
